Progressive Management Associates has been renting Condo suites at vacation resorts in Aruba and other locations since 1983.  Each resort is unique in character. All of the resorts offer a fun-loving vacation holiday time for couples and for families. All of our rentals are provided at discount rates.  Almost all of the Aruban rentals are by the week (7 nights).  Check-in days are governed by policy of the particular resort.

We proudly own a considerable number of timeshare Condos at fabulous vacation holiday resorts.  In addition, we are able to use other timeshare units that are available to us through our participation in worldwide exchange organizations such as Interval International and Resort Condominiums International as well as Divi Resorts throughout the Caribbean and Windham Resorts throughout the USA, plus some private arrangements.  Some of the thousands of participating resorts are shown on our website in addition to those where we own units.  Bookings can be made at any of these resorts that are on our website as well as those not listed, based on availability.

Rental rates, amenities, check-in days, and availability quoted throughout this website are subject to change.

Please note that we are not a travel agency and therefore do not arrange nor provide transportation to/from a vacation holiday destination.  Furthermore, we do not book hotel lodging that is not available through timeshare ownership.  And, we do not market nor sell timeshares.
